Pack with Care
Place the eyewear back in its original designer case and branded packaging, ensuring all authenticity certificates and cleaning cloths are included.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary courier pickup from your doorstep at a time that suits your schedule.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our specialists will inspect the returned item for any signs of wear; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
